What is your turn around time?
All orders, for which payment has been processed, will be sent within 48 hrs. Sometimes even quicker depending on difficulty of music and my schedule. All orders (as of 8/30/07)have been sent within 24 hrs.
Where do I send PayPal payments to?
I am working on setting up a PayPal account for e-musac, but currently I am using my personal account, send PayPal payments to ken@ken-jones.com. My store uses Paypal to process payments. Just go to store.e-musac.com and choose your items (Standard and Extraordinary Services) and my easy secure checkout system will handle the rest. Make sure you send payment & scanned sheet music, and my policy form(e-musac.com/policy.html) in order to start processing your order.
I don't see an option for what I want to order. Do you offer special requests and pricing?
Of course. I can tailor the recordings to what you need. Let's say you want three 64 bar cuts, two 20 bar cuts, a full song all on a CD in three new keys. No problem. I would specially price your package at a value set to your reasonable budget. Just email me at ken@e-musac.com , and we will work together to customize the best possible song package to fit your needs.
If you don't see your option under the BUY NOW Google button and would like to use Google to pay with a credit card, email me what you would like, and I will send you an invoice with a link to pay via Google.
I don't trust security on the internet with my credit card. Do you have other options for ordering?
Yes. My store uses a secure server to process payments and google checkout also uses a secure server to process payments. If you still don't want to be bothered with all that you can order online with my order form and pay offline. This way you get me the information I need to start your order, and you can pay with many other payment options. If you want to skip the internet entirely, you can call (630) 209-2079. If I'm not available, leave a detailed message, and I will call you back.
What music do you specialize in? What are your credentials?
I am a professional Musical Director, Accompanist, and Vocal Coach and spend a huge majority of my time with Broadway music. Working with musicals, I have a vast knowledge and familiarity with most genres of music: rock, pop, gospel, soul, country/western, jazz, funk, soul, latin, irish, contemporary, classic, etc. I received my Bachelor's in Music from the University of Illinois, Urbana, IL in 2002 and have been working profesionally within Music, Theatre, and Education since 2000. Your policies page says "No refunds will be given." What if your product doesn't fit my needs?
Satisfaction Guaranteed!! I will do my best to rectify any situation. If it is a recording issue, I will rerecord your order and resend. All orders are prepared with utmost care. I listen to the accompaniments several times, vocalise with the tracks, try them on different mediums, and test the dowloads. If your having trouble with the recording after downloading, I will resend in a different format. Visit my tech help for help with any technical issues. If it is still not working, I will mail a CD to you free of charge (within USA). If issues are still unsatisfactory, we will come to successful resolution together.
