RETURN & CANCELLATION Policy
All Sales are Final. No refunds will be given. Any unplayable or damaged recordings, on account of E-Musac, will be replaced.
SHIPPING Policy
All electronic merchandise will be sent via e-mail. Any CD's will be shipped via USPS, first class rate, which is included in the price.
CREDIT CARD Policy Once your CC order has been submitted, your order has been processed and charged.
As with all copyrighted material, distributing and performing publically are strictly prohibited unless you own or have rented exclusive rights from the copyright holder. By sending me your scanned music, you have acquired exclusive rights to perform your song at an audition (either by contacting the rights owner or by other means.) It is your responsibility to secure any copyright for your audition. Duplicating the accompaniments of E-Musac is strictly prohibited.
My accompaniments MUST NOT be used in public performance. These recordings are designed to help in the preparation for a future audition and not to replace a piano player or live musician in any medium. When you purchase an accompaniment, I will still own exclusive rights to the recording, not the music recorded. If you wish to use this accompaniment for something outside of Audition Preparation, you must submit written request to the copyright holder and ken@e-musac.com
